I just bought a voucher from a 7-11 store and tried to top up with it, but the website kept returning "The Voucher Number is invalid or has already been used" to me. Has anyone ever experience a similar problem?

Not here. Did you try entering the number on your phone instead of the site? You may have incorrectly entered any of the digits as well.

Yes I also dialed *888 but got the same complaint. I've also carefully revised the digits for several times, so I think it's unlikely for this reason

Look at the date and time on the voucher you bought see it was correct time and date or not

If not then you got cheat

I seem to recall having a similar problem a year or so ago. I bought the voucher (it was "freshly printed"), and tried to top-up right outside in the 7-11 parking lot. I got some kind of error message. However, I called up customer service and the rep was able to enter my top-up for me. Not sure why there was a problem, but you should definitely call up Speak Out customer service and see if they can process your top-up, before you dismiss it as bogus.

Very good advice walter_wpg. When in doubt call customer service.
