FYI, to those wondering, I topped-up my account today, mistakenly one day after my minutes expired and my previous balance did not rollover. I spoke with a CSR to see if I could get my balance restored and was told "we don't do refunds". Although I didn't think it would change her mind, I did mention there was a family emergency that occurred from Sunday until today, which was why I was a day late. I ended up losing $15-$20. Just a word of warning to everyone to be vigilant and not let their minutes expire!

that is always the case for all the prepaid i have used.

I do not want to sound callous, but you did have 365 days in which to top up. Kind of silly to wait to the very last second.

But it was a family emergency, so that makes it different.

we threw away ~$86.00 .... in 2 years we had used $44.00 of credit, so the loss will hardly be noticed.
we are celldum users ..
