Topup never got applied to account

I did a $100 top up through the online account system, and 2 weeks later, it still hasn't appeared on my account. I am currently waiting for speakout to let me know the issue is resolved. They are investigating, and 'getting back to me'. We'll see. I have the email receipt, so I have a record of the purchase.

Thought it was odd, I have been doing online top ups for a few years, no problems.

I am experiencing a similar issue too. My account balance has been 0 for nearly six months. When I topped up $35 online, the account balance only showed $26.26. Has anyone had the same problem before??

6 months of 911 fees I believe as in the agreement.
