        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I did a $100 top up through the online account system, and 2 weeks later, it still hasn't appeared on my account. I am currently waiting for speakout to let me know the issue is resolved. They are investigating, and 'getting back to me'. We'll see. I have the email receipt, so I have a record of the purchase. </p>
<p>Thought it was odd, I have been doing online top ups for a few years, no problems.</p>
