what is the customer support number?
my phone was supposed to come with 25$ worth of airtime but it only has 5$
i can't find which number i should call on the booklets i got with my phone or on the 7-11 website...

Actually, the advertising says that you get (up to) 25 minutes not 25 dollars of free airtime.
