I'm requesting a number port, but the number I'm porting actually first came from Virgin Mobile, which I ported to Roger and am now bringing to SpeakOut. When they ask for the IMEI number, should I give them the IMEI for the Virgin phone or the SpeakOut one?

Speakout is looking for the IMEI from the carrier that now has the number you want to port, which I believe is now Rogers.

I would recommend you have your Rogers phone bill handy when doing a port, if that does not exist, your Rogers web account number and information. It probably would be a good idea to have the number on your Rogers SIM recorded also. Speakout may or may not need this info, but if they do, you will have it handy and make their job easier. I believe Speakout has a decent relationship with Rogers, so I suspect it will be a smooth port.
