network busy | Technical service details | Consumer forum

Hi I recently activated my speak out phone, however when i tried to call 611 or *777 it keeps saying network busy, retry?

I have my own phone (sony ericsson) but am using so SIM, I tried calling customer service 1866 number from my home phone but its a busy signal as well....what's going on!!???
