Any phone that works with PEtroCanada Mobility will work with Speakout, since they are run by the same company.

PetraoCanada's Nokia 3555 is either unlocked or locked to Rogers. Since Speakout SIMs will work in phones that are locked to Rogers, your SIM will work with that phone.

Your Speakout SIM will work with any phone that is locked to ROgers.. If it's a Rogers Nokia/Samsung/whatever, it should work with your Speakout SIM. If a phone is locked to Fido, it will NOT work with your Speakout SIM (unless you unlock it).

The only way to know for sure if a phone is unlocked is to try it out yourself. Or you can just trust the guy you're buying it from, like I did when I bought my recent phone off of Ebay.

If your mobile is locked to one network means, it wont't accept other countries simcard.
U can use the site http://www.mobileunlocksolutions.com/ for unlock your mobile. It provides the unlocking service.
