I'm currently trying to my old Fido number over to Speakout. I haven't used my Fido account for a few months and my balance is currently 0 on that account. As far as I know, the number is still active, would I still be able to port my number over?

If it is prepaid, and you owe nothing, you should be able to port over with little hassle. Talk to the Speakout people, and get it done before Fido releases the number to the wild.
