These are both linked from the "checkout page" to make a purchase. I guess not many actually read these two documents because the 'conditions of use' leads to a dead link. I have emailed them advising but find it a bit disturbing they could have a dead link to such an important document.

Has anyone else noticed this? Do you not read these documents? Or did you notice and just continue with your purchase anyway?

maybe the terms and conditions did not matter.

Perhaps for example someone was interested in having a truly anonymous way of browsing and paid for cash for everything.

I don't, I didn't sign anything at all and they haven't made any terms clear to me.

I am not sure they have agreed with my terms of serving me either.

You don't have to sign anything. By using any service, you have to abide by that service's rules.
