Can i purchase a $10 sim in a 7-11 store in Winnipeg and call customer care to get a Montreal phone #. Speakout website shows a map with coverage in Quebec yet it claims no speakout in QC.

Could i buy in Wpg and get a Vancouver # ?

It should work, but you'll have to ask SpeakOut customer service.

There is coverage in Quebec. Anywhere there is Rogers coverage, there will be SpeakOut coverage.

What they mean when they say there is no SpeakOut in Quebec, is that there are no 7-Eleven retail stores in Quebec, and you can't buy SpeakOut phones/airtime if your credit card's billing address is based in Quebec.
