I just got my SO phone and have two questions:
1. I was sure I read on the site that you can make your new SO number a previous number (so if I had a telus or rogers cell), I could make my SO phone that phone #.... is this correct and how do I do that, when you go to activate the cell, it doesn't give you an option.
2. I live in one part of alberta and will be moving at the end of the month (so new area code). How do I go about changing my number and how much does it cost?

1. That is called porting a number. There is information about porting on the home page of this site as well as on the official site found here:

https://www.speakout7eleven.ca/support/faq#local-number-portability

2. To change your number once you get to the new area code, just give SpeakOut customer service a call. Changing your number to a new area code is free.
