Anyone have problems calling a Rogers cell number? | Technical service details | Consumer forum

For some reason my son (on SO), cannot call my Rogers cell number. He enters directly into my Rogers voicemail account.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Rogers resolved the problem!
My sons phone used to be mind. I think Rogers removed the old IMEI number from my Rogers cell account.
And I was told to remove any additional phone numbers stored to "My Settings>Phone Status>My Telephone Numbers". Problem solved!
