I will be going to another provider ASAP and dumping 7-11 after only 6 months of use. The phone service is fine but their customer service stinks and they love to steal your money any way they can.

without knowing what you have experienced, hard to tell what went wrong.

my experienced with them so far was very good, helpful CS and the account charges are so far all correct.

Nice first post. No clue as to why you said their customer service stinks and "they love to steal your money any way they can" We're not psychic. I'm all for hearing legitimate complaints (and so does SpeakOut themselves), but your post doesn't say anything specific on why you feel that way.

Typical "They just suck" "review".
