Horrible experience with Speakout customer service

I have been a Speakout customer for years. I recently bought a Speakout 3-in-1 sim card to be used in my new iPhone. I called yesterday, a C/S representative took my information and promised everything would be transferred to the new sim card by 11AM today, and I would be able to use my iPhone by then. I waited until close to 4PM today but nothing happened. I had to call again and the C/S rep was very unfriendly and impatient. She just simply said they'd taken too many orders during the weekend and my order had not be processed, and HOPEFULLY it'd be ready by 11AM TOMORROW, which was exactly I was promised yesterday. I explained that I needed to use the new phone ASAP, and asked whether she's 100% sure it'd be done tomorrow. She replied not guaranteed. I requested to speak with her supervisor or manager but she said no one else could take the call, the only thing she could do is to file a request and have someone call me back, then she just HUNG UP!
When I first started using Speakout a few years ago, their C/S was much better. Now it's just getting worse and worse - longer waiting time, more troubles, less care to its customers and unprofessional C/S.

That is bad. I hope SpeakOut C/S reads this and gets things corrected. Almost nothing worse than bad or non-existent customer service.
