A followup on my earlier post re. lost funds after account expiry:

I submitted a complaint to the CCTS: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/ and 2 wks later SpeakOut returned the funds to my account. sf-smile_gif

That's good to know. Next time, make sure you're aware of the expiry date on the account.
