follow-up: Account expired while on vacation - lost $90 - no notification from SpeakOut

OfflineA followup on my earlier post re. lost funds after account expiry:

I submitted a complaint to the CCTS: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/ and 2 wks later SpeakOut returned the funds to my account.
