I bought a 7-11 phone a month ago and did not make any phone call except *777 to find out the air time remaining on the SIM card.

you should buy at least $25 airtime card then use the referral code you can get $10 airtime bonus.I just sent you a referal code in case.

hi , one question please
if i have already 25$ in my account and i got referral code still i can use it without purchase $25 airtime card , because when i talk to customer service to ask her she hangup the phone

If you already have $25 in your account, you don't need to purchase another $25 in airtime in order to redeem your referral code. Call customer service again & let them know you want to redeem your code.

fares... must be a recent activation... probably within a few days or a week... sometimes 2 or 3 weeks ago activation might or might not be acceptable... depends on charity of customer service person.
