In Class Needs | Phone/Device Issues and Features | Consumer forum

I use my cell phone for my business. Therefore people need to be able to get to my voicemail at least anytime they call. If I turn my phone off and someone calls will it go to the voicemail automatically, will it ring on their end and then go to voicemail or will it just give out an automated blurb and cut them off?
