I have had my cell phone for about 3 years and now all of a sudden the code i used for the 3 years won't get accepted as the correct code can i change the code to something different?

Yes... I would call from a land line to do the reset.

If you can't log in, call speakout from the phone (611) and ask them to reset your code 😉
