Recently I uploaded a large file from my 711 phone and now I noticed that my account balance is at zero! The file took up $50 from my account?

Now my 711 phone number has been removed. I have bought a 711 top up though I am not sure how to proceed to get my account back. The add a phone screen says that I need to have made at least one phone call to add my phone. I have not actually made a call on my phone yet.

Help please!
