To the best of my knowledge it is unlocked GSM phone. I got it with the 7-11 deal but I only needed SIM not the phone, so if anyone wants the phone, please let me know.

put 711 sim in 6061 says restricted enter restrict code cdelainatshawdot ca victoria bc

If it says enter restrict code, those 6061 are locked phones, they need to be unlocked first before they can be used for any sim cards other than Fido

Yes, as a rule of thumb, Fido phones must be unlocked in order to use them on the 7-Eleven service. There might be exceptions...
