I've set up the APN like this

Name: test
APN: goam.com
Proxy: 10.128.1.69
Port: 80
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
Server: none
MMSC: http:/mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS proxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 720
Authentication type: not set
APN type: internet + mms
APN protocol: IPv4
APN enabled/disabled: enabled
bearer: unspecified

I have network mode set to GSM/WCDMA (Auto Mode)
Use packet Data and Data Roaming and enabled
When I scan for Network Operators I click on Petro Canada
When I hold down the power button I have data network mode set to activated

Still no luck enabling the web browsing, what am I doing wrong? Is it because my firmware is incorrect or because I rooted my phone?

By the fee I assume you mean I included it in my package? If so then yes I have paid for it. and to activate the APN I assume you just tick it?

if you have paid and activate it, at least you should see 'H' or 'E' on the status bar. All my android based phone shows that when data is working.

If not, you may need to try another phone or call them

Alright, I'll try calling them again. There is no H or E in the status bar. Is there anything else I need to turn on for it to work?
