Rogers free incoming calls from another pay as you go phone

I just got a second Rogers PAYG phone since calls between them will only cost the calling phone. Does SO or PCM have this benefit also? In fact, since they all use Rogers network, might incoming calls between any phone on any of these three prepaid plans be free?

No. My wife and I both have SO but we have to pay "twice" to talk to each other.

Just as Bylo said, Speak Out does not offer that. Here's a copy & paste from their site:

"Speakout Wireless does not offer FREE Evenings and Weekends or FREE SpeakOut to SpeakOut calling. You get the same low rates regardless of when you make or receive a call making SpeakOut simple and uncomplicated because hey life is complicated enough, right?"
