Hi,

Are there any Canadian prepaid carriers that offer Per Second Billing on calls? I know Telus, Solo and Fido offer this on contracts.

Thanks.

I don't think here is. You have to move to Europe for that 😀

On Plans only and plans don't include Call Display ($6/month)
$25 plan gives you 100 min - (or 25c/min if used exactly 100 min)
(If you used 50min that becomes 50c/min 🙁
extra minutes - 35c/min
Koodo (operated by Telus) has by second billing but 30c/min and $15 per month minimum, call Display extra $5..... this is not Europe 🙁 where all incoming are free and by second billing.... 🙁
