Hi -- should have asked this in my original post -- what model of phones are included in this offer. Sorry, couldn't find this info...

All models are qualified for the offer, you can get one of the 2 cheapest ($59) phones as your "freebie" or apply $59 towards the purchase of any of the other phones (subject to availability at the store you're at of course).
