For general information:
Tried to access the official 7-Eleven Speakout web site last night and this morning. On all occasions a page came up saying, "Hang Tight! We're Currently Updating Speakout7Eleven.ca. Please check back soon."

This makes it a bit awkward to activate or manage your account or the monthly plans. As I just received an internet/data/voice capable phone, I was going to switch to the 400 anytime minutes/month + unlimited browsing (don't do much SMS).

A P.S. I've just spoken with a Speakout Customer Service rep, and she tells me that activating any of the monthly "value" packages can be done by phoning Speakout Customer Service. No ETA as to the web site re-opening.
