I know it is a pay as you go but whenever I buy new $100 airtime voucher I have no idea how much time I have used as it never matches the airtime used on the phone memory. I assume no one else has either. Is it just we trust them that they do not turn that 55 sec call into a 65 second call and charge an extra minute? I know virgin has an online bill but I cannot find anything about that with Speakout or Petro Cans system. Is it there somewhere and I just don't know?

To keep costs down, Speak Out does not offer online account management, or access to billing. It's easy to find how much time you have used. You can activate the call timer function on your phone. Also, all you have to do is call *777 (it's a free call) and it will tell you how much is left on your account.

When I went up north, I made a call, and knew how long the call was (due to the call timer on my phone.) I also called the *777 number before and after the call to make sure I was being deducted the right amount.
