what is the intend for 30 day auto top up ? If I need to take 25 bucks from the bank every 30 days for mobile, I don't think I would be using SO. Just puzzled.

I don't need or want to be topped up every month. It would be better to have an automatic top up kick in when your balance falls below a certain level, say $10.

I think they're trying the monthly plan thing again. Remember when when they tried to introduce $15/month top-ups awhile back? This seems like a variation of that.
