Airtime will be lost once expired?

I forgot to top up the account before the airtime expired. After I purchased a voucher of 20 from Petro Canada and called the customer service, the balance became 19.01 with previous valance gone. They told me the balance could only carry forward when the account was topped up timely:(

Yes, that's why it's very important to top-up by the expiry date. I always top up a day or two before the actual expiry.

Yup, that's pretty much the definition of the expiry date.

That's why we like PetroCan and Speakout so much - long expiry time. With any other company your airtime would have expired 4-11 months earlier.
