Hi there, apologies if this is the wrong location for this, first time and all...

I've just added the following value plan ($45) after the previous one expired today -

300 Anytime Minutes + 500MB Data | Addition Pending |

I can see that I have enough credit to cover it ($48), yet I am still being charged for individual text messages and data is not working again yet. What does the addition pending actually mean and why does it not take effect straight away, especially given that I am now using up my credit for each call/text?

Many thanks

Jamie

quote from Speakout:The cost of your 30 Day Value Plan will be deducted from your account balance every 30 days. Please make sure you have sufficient account balance to cover the cost of the Value Plan you are adding, plus $2.00 and ensure your account balance is not due to expire within 30 days. If you do not have sufficient funds for renewal of a 30 Day Value Plan, your account will switch back to $0.25 per voice minute and $0.15 per text message sent, and data will not be available. We will notify you by text message of this change.
