Anyone has experiences on porting out your SO numbers? Like what info do I need? I have try porting the Old Telus number to PCM for my dad, in which the CSR ask me for the Account number.

I am planning to switch to PCM (I like the phone, and the prepaid plan fit me well), do I am just want to see what do I need to port out my SO number. Its seems like I don't have an account number like PCM, so I am just wondering…

Anyone done it before?

Sorry I'm a PC user but I don't know I have an account number. Is it our phone number? Your advice is appreciated.
