Like what info do I need? I have try porting the Old Telus number to PCM for my dad, in which the CSR ask me for the Account number.

I am planning to switch to PCM (I like the phone, and the prepaid plan fit me well), do I am just want to see what do I need to port out my SO number. Its seems like I don't have an account number like PCM, so I am just wondering...

Anyone done it before?
