        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, absolutely. In fact, that is exactly my situation. I have a C3 (bought from Rogers, but using my Speak Out SIM), and I do not have the data plan. I routinely use wi-fi hotspots at McDonalds and other places to do e-mail and basic browsing. I use the built-in e-mail software for Gmail and Hotmail access.</p>
