My guess is that Rogers probably would not allow it, at least in a way that makes it profitable for Speakout.

If you do not know already, President's choice mobile has that option for 25 cents a day.

EDIT: previously wrote 25 cents a minute in error.

Should have the option to add. That will quick increase population of SOs.
