Try calling customer service. I had to do that back when my cellphone was with one of the "Big 3" and the customer service rep. there was able to do a reset.

Your password might be the last 4 numbers of your phone number, unless you changed it. I believe the default is 11111 as well.

i forgot what i used as my voicemail password. is there any way to reset it, or if there is no way to reset it can i turn off voicemail so that people stop leaving me messages that i can't listen to?
