Can someone check your phone and let me know what is the phone number to access voice mail? Vancouver number if possible.

Just set up my SpeakOut phone. For some reason, the voice mail number didn't pushed to my phone. When I long-pressed '1', I get the message, "Save voice mailbox number first". I called customer service, they asked me to power off and one the phone. But still can't get it.
