I have always known airtime vouchers to be valid up to 90 days after purchase. If they decreased it to 60 days, that's news to me.
As for the 911 fee, it is stated on the official site under "Terms & Conditions".

I dug out my topup slip ($50), not a word about how soon to use. Only says good for 365.

Just for good measure yesterday I asked the guy behind the counter (telephony experts that they tend to be), he seems to think it never expires.

Just to be on the safe side I think I will apply it around the 60 day mark.I'd rather lose 30 days than to lose $50.

By the way, the printout is starting to fade already. If any of you have a topup that you are holding on to, make sure you photoccopy it or write down the info somewhere.

Also, I cannot find anything on the official site about the 911 fee. Odd...

cheers

G

Just to confuse the issue even further...I purchased a $100 minutes on May 4..which I'm planning on using next week. On the receipt it states:
"Must be applied to your phone within 90 days of purchase"
hmmmm.....

Just for the halibut I sent the same question to speakout tech support.

Their reply: 60 days,

Has this been changed recently or is the FAQ simply wrong or is the tech support wrong?

Anyone know for sure?

I saw the answer somewhere but cannot find it now...

I *think* I have 60 days from date of purchase to apply a top up voucher to my phone. Is that correct?

Thanks
