The answer may help narrow down whether this is a network issue or something related to how you're dialling or even how your phone is set up.

Maybe try 4038621111 without any spaces or dashes.

It also could be that the network is "glitchy". I have seen that from time to time. I have sent texts that were never received and vice versa.

Have tried to text my wife but each time it comes back message not sent try again. She also has a speak out plan and a nokia 1600..I've tried several variations including 403-862-1111, then 1-403-862-111 and finally +1403-862-1306. We are both in our region (calgary)

Any suggestions
