If you let the air time expires or run out, your SIM card will be deactivated and you have to call Speakout to reactive your card before you can top up the account again. If you do not reactive the account within 60 days, your SIM will be permanently deactiaved and your number will be lost.

I knew it because I forgot to top up the account in time and let my $60 air time expired.:frown: I learned a very expensive lesson.

Looks like your sim card was deactivated. That's a good reason to never let your minutes run down, or to go past an expiry. I would just wait for SpeakOut to email you back.
