        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>If the Nokia 1208 was a Canadian 7-11 Speakout phone, or bought from Petro Canada, the phone would already be unlocked.  To use that Nokia 1208 in the US, all you would need to do is buy and swap in a US based sim card, which would have it's own airtime and it's own US number.  To use the phone in Canada again, all you would have to do is swap back to the original sim card.</p>
