        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I tested it out after adding $25. It went down to 24.85. Never answered the phone, hung up after 2 rings. Reason for testing was I had the number ported from Bell. So even if you don't pick up or couldn't hear your phone, you get charged 15 cents? Was Speakout always like this?</p>
