for international text messages (sms), this is the format:

+[country code] [region code] [phone number]

for example:
+4631123456

46 being the country code (may be 1, 2, or 3 digits, I believe.

31 being the city or region code (number of digits varies as well)

123456 being the phone number (number of digits varies also)

Can someone tell me what is the proper way to send a txt locally and internationally like lets say you are sending from manitoba... do you have to do 1204 and the number or just the number, and for international what do u enter before the number? and whats the diff in price to send the text
