I called customer service today and they said that I can only text to other phones that use a ten digit number. (Twitter uses the "short code" number 21212.) I told them it worked yesterday and they told me that it shouldn't have worked because they don't support short code numbers.</p>
<p>So to all of you people wanting to Twitter on the SpeakOut Wireless network: you can't. 🙁</p>
<p>Note: you could probably try the long Twitter number +44 7624 801423 but that will presumably be billed as an international SMS. (25cents per message!)</p>
