        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a similar question. I currently live in Vancouver and there are tons of 7-11 around, so it's easy to fill up. But I will be moving to north Toronto and there doesn't seem to be many 7-11 stores. Do I have to fill up by visiting a store? Can I do it over the phone with a credit card or something?</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I don't know of an automated way but SO customer service should be able to help you.  Of course, I've never tried to top up someone else's phone either but I don't think they would care as long as you have the PIN for the top up.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Is it possible to fill up my 711 SO phone using another phone?  Or even check account balance as well without actually having the 711 phone with me? </p>
<p>Reason is because I got the 711 phone for my mom and she would not know how to top up or know when her balance is low.  </p>
<p>When I had her on PC Mobile, I could call a 1-888 # and it would let me top up her account and check her balance.  </p>
<p>I didn't think about this before I bought the 711 phone.  </p>
<p>I love the convenience of having to top up once a year though.  My mom is a super light user... she doesn't answer the phone, only dials out to her children.  </p>
