I sent four sms to hk this week. all lost! I ask my fd, they say they didnt receive my sms. wasted my money!!!! i lost the money!!!!! anyone has the same case as me?

This happens from time to time. I have sent texts that haven't been received, and vice versa. It has also happened with voice mail. Who knows why. In a perfect world, every text would get received.

System can never work perfectly. I you sent to someone on the same network, for Speakout is Rogers, then call CS. If send to another network like Bell/Telus. Speakout can only control their only. So once the sms enters the new network, speakout can't be held responsible.

Of course. ISTM that we should be asking how does the frequency of lost SMS sent from SO phones compare to the frequency of lost SMS sent from other carriers' phones? Can those who have used both comment.
(I rarely use SMS so I have no personal experience.)
