Speak Out should be able to text to any phone on any network. This texting problem should be just a temporary glitch 😀

Ok, i called the so service and the guys were very helpful. For some reason the telus will not accept our texts, we can receive text from them but we cant send them, and even when we send, they will not receive. but we will get charged. So the guys at SO put like $1.00 credit back to my account(very nice of them too). And the guy said, that was a problem with telus side not SO. So im guessing the two sides need to get together and figure out why this is happening. My friend who has rogers receives every text i said him. I dont know about any other company.

Try powering down your phone first but if that doesn't work get on the horn to customer service.

I had this problem with the 1208 a month ago and I just started having it again today. I've phoned customer service and I'll post if I find out what's up.

The first time I had issues, I switched my sim card to my old 1600 and was back in business. After a few days I switched back and it worked fine. I assumed that Speakout had fixed whatever the issue was.

At the moment, I can receive texts fine but none of my outgoing texts are being sent even though they show up in my sent messages box. I've deleted all my old messages so it's nothing to do with memory.
