I have been charged for incoming text messages since I ported my cell phone number from Virgin Mobile.

On the positive side, they didn't charge me for that.

I thought I was going to get charged 5 cents per incoming message since way back in December but I've been getting free incoming messages the entire time. Am I the only one?

I think this is a change given that previous posts indicated that incoming text messages were free.
