Is it possible to call in to customer service and be assigned phone number at a city that has no 7-11s nearby?

The 7-11 Speak Out website has said 'check back in a few hrs' for a few days now, hoping their relaunch might include online purchase/activation.

I was in Lindsay last summer, and it just says "Food Store" on the building. If a store is not in the 7-Eleven store locator, it is not longer a 7-Eleven. I have found many 7-Elevens have changed to Mac stores in other places as well.
