Sorry for delay.. Yeah I tried all the modes.. rather annoying as I wanted some data for the wife and now she's back in BC and no data... It's moments like that that makes me think it's time to just suck it up and go back to one of the big three.. Or buy the wife a iphone 6s like myself which data works.

One comment online is choose wcdma(preferred)/gsm? Is that an option? Was it tried? For 3g.

I was setting up a temp phone for my wife for a trip back west on her xperia M2, bought a voice,text and 500 megs of Data. Got it set up and everything is fine except the data which
will not work... put the SIM into my xperia XL and the same thing... no Data.

On a whim I put the SIM into my Blackberry Q10 and the data works fine..

Been on SO for about 8 years now and it's the first time I've had this kind of issue.
Yes the Mobile Data and Data Roaming were on and I tried the varied modes GSM, WCDMA, LTE without any luck.

Anybody have any insight ?
